Acculoader.A is a Trojan that downloads and installs the dialer detected by Panda products as Dialer.MJ on the affected computer.
Acculoader.A does not spread automatically using its own means. It needs the attacking user's intervention in order to reach the affected computer. The means of transmission used include, among others, floppy disks, CD-ROMs, e-mail messages with attached files, Internet downloads, FTP, IRC channels, peer-to-peer (P2P) file sharing networks, etc.
Acculoader.A is difficult to recognize, as it does not display any messages or warnings that indicate it has reached the computer.
However, depending on the security configuration of the Internet browser, Acculoader.A can display the following message on screen before it installs itself on the affected computer:
