Banbra.B is a password stealer type Trojan that obtains account numbers and passwords that the user employes in order to access the bank accounts belonging to the following financial entities: Internet Banking Caixa, Bradesco Internet Banking and Banco do Brazil.
Banbra.B monitors the accessed web pages. When the user visits the page of any of the entities mentioned above, Banbra.B displays a fake login interface, in order to trick the user into giving the confidential information, which will then be sent via FTP to the Trojan creator.
Banbra.B is difficult to recognize, as it does not show any messages or warnings that indicate it has reached the computer.
