RedKod.13 is a backdoor type Trojan that opens a TCP communications port. As a result, it could allow a hacker to gain access to the infected computer's resources from a remote computer.
Through this Trojan, a hacker could carry out the following actions:
RedKod.13 works only on computers with any of the following operating systems installed: Windows XP/2000/NT.
RedKod.13 does not use any specific means to spread. It can reach computers through the normal means used by viruses: e-mail messages with infected attachments, computer networks, CD-ROMs, Internet downloads, FTP, floppy disks, etc.
If files are run on the computer -or the system is restarted- without apparent reason, RedKod.13 could have infected your computer.
