TrojanSeeker is a Trojan that changes the configuration of the browser Internet Explorer once it has infected a computer. For example, it changes the Home page to http:// www.jethomepage.com/ search.htm.
TrojanSeeker reaches computers through the typical means used by viruses: Internet downloads, floppy disks or CD-ROMs, FTP, etc.
TrojanSeeker is easy to identify, as once the virus has reached a computer, it opens an Internet Explorer window. This window is pale gray, its title is X and it displays the following text: S3 !]]%%%%%WW.
