Bancos.VM is a Trojan designed to steal users' banking details belonging to certain banking entities.
When it is run, #nombrevirus# displays several messages notifying users that there has been an error and that the computer must be restarted.
Additionally, it reduces the protection level of the computer, as it disables several notifications from the Windows Security Center and the User Account Control (UAC), included on Windows 7/Vista computers.
Bancos.VM does not spread automatically using its own means. It needs an attacking user's intervention in order to reach the affected computer.
