- Windows Live OneCare.
- Antigen for Exchange and for SMTP Gateway.
- Windows Defender.
- Forefront Client Security.
- Forefront Security for Exchange Server and for SharePoint.
- Standalone System Sweeper located in Diagnostics and Recovery Toolset 6.0.
This vulnerability is exploited by creating a specially crafted file and forcing the system to process it. When the Malware Protection Engine scans the file, it could cause a denial of service in the system.
