Bleah is a boot virus that infects the hard disk when the computer is started from an infected floppy disk. From then on, all of the floppy disks used on that computer will be infected and it will have problems starting up.
In Windows NT computers, the effects are much worse. After it has been infected, a computer will not start and in order to solve this problem the operating system will need to be reinstalled.
The only indication that a computer is infected by Bleah is that it has problems starting up (especially computers running under Windows NT).
