Chasnah.A is a worm that prevents the files with an EXE, COM, PIF and SCR extension from being run. Whenever users run a file with any of these extensions, they will not be able to open it and Chasnah.A will be run.
Additionally, it reduces the computer security, as it ends processes belonging to programs related with security. This would leave the computer vulnerable against possible threats. It also hides the files that has created in the affected computer, in order to make its detection more dofficult and go unnoticed.
