Vienna is a memory resident virus that infects and damages files on the affected computer. The actions that this virus carries out may cause a restart when an infected file is executed.
When this virus goes into action it attempts to find uninfected files and proceeds to infect them. One out of eight files will be damaged upon infection.
The "second" field in the time stamp of infected files will contain the following value: 62. As you can see, this is not a valid value.
