File Encryptor

The File Encryptor lets you safeguard the documents, personal files, photos, etc. stored on your computer, USB flash drives or external hard disks, preventing other people from accessing them.

To enable this feature:

1. Click File Encryptor in the main window of the program.

2. Click Install File Encryptor.

3. The first time that you access the File Encryptor, the text Preparing first execution will be displayed for a few seconds. This will only happen the first time you access it.

3. When this is complete, right-click the file or folder whose contents you want to encrypt, and select Password Depot > Encrypt.
