Before you start using Panda Dome Family, note that all members of a
family belong to the same Panda Account. Follow these steps:
From the main menu of the installed app, go to Family.
Select whether the user that is going to use the device you are configuring is a supervisor (typically a parent or guardian) or a supervised user (typically children, teens, seniors requiring monitoring and location tracking, etc.):
To create a user for the supervisor’s device:
Tap the arrow next to Supervisor's device.
Type a name and select a color. Type the email address at which you want to receive notifications. If you want to configure more than one supervisor, repeat this process from the relevant devices.
Tap Finish.
To create a user for the supervised device:
Tap the arrow next to Supervised user's device.
Tap Allow to be notified of the usage time for the apps installed on the device (if you do not want to authorize this, tap Skip).
In Usage access, tap Panda Dome. Move the toggle to the ON position.
Back in the supervised device settings, type the name of the user and select a color to identify them.
If you want to configure more than one supervised user, repeat this process from the relevant devices.
Tap Finish.
After you have configured the user profiles, you can configure monitored areas (home, school, extracurricular activities, etc.), set device and app usage restrictions, access the location history, view usage reports, specify the notifications you want to receive, etc.
