How to create a custom filter

The Parental Control feature includes a series of preset filters. However, you may need to adapt a filter to the specific needs of a certain user. Creating a custom filter and specifying its parameters is very easy.

To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Click Parental control in the main window of the program.

2. Select Customized from the drop-down list that appears to the right of the user that you want to apply the filter to.

3. Click the icon to set the filter properties. A window is displayed for you to specify the Web content categories that the user will not be able to access when surfing the Web. Select these categories by checking the relevant checkboxes. To view all available options, click the + symbol to the left of each category.

4. Once you have finished selecting the categories you want, click OK.
