You can schedule to run automatic file clean-ups every so often. Follow the steps below:
In the main window, click the Optimization icon on the Toolbar.
In the Schedule section, click Schedule.
Click New clean-up. A wizard opens that allows you to create a new clean-up task. Click Next.
Select the items that you want to clean up and click Next. The file clean-up will eliminate, by default, fragments of lost files, known log files and Windows temporary files. You can also easily delete the Internet Explorer browsing history, temporary files and cookies, and the contents of the Recycle Bin.
Specify the frequency for launching the clean-up and write a name to identify it. Click Next.
Click Finish.
