How to modify the Internet connection permissions of the programs installed

Whenever a program without permissions tries to connect to the Internet, the firewall protection displays a pop-up message prompting you to allow or deny the connection.

However, you can change the permissions assigned to a program at any time. To do this:

  1. Click Firewall in the main window of the program.

  2. In the Rules section, click Settings to define the programs that can access the network/Internet.

  3. Find the program whose permissions you want to change and modify them. You can do this using the drop-down menu that appears on the right of the program name.

Note: If you disable the Enable automatic assigning of permissions checkbox, you will see a warning every time the program tries to access the Internet. If the checkbox remains selected, the firewall will apply the permissions it decides are necessary for each program. However, you can change these permissions whenever you like.
