Sending suspicious files automatically

To get the most out of the quarantine feature, it is advisable to let automatically send stored files to our experts for analysis. This way, we can provide an update as rapidly as possible.

For these items to be sent we require your consent. You may have done this if you enabled the option to allow the information to be sent when you installed the program (enabled by default). If you didn't do it during installation, you can do it now by following these steps:

  1. In the main window of the program, click the Settings menu and then Preferences.

  2. In the General tab, enable the option Automatically send items as they enter quarantine.
