Messages sent from your domain do not reach the destination when going through the PCEP platform.
Your firewall must be configured to allow the communication between your mail server and the PMEP platform.
Therefore, you need to modify the firewall configuration to allow the traffic to and from subnets 220.127.116.11/27 and 18.104.22.168/24 for port 25 (SMTP).
