On updating the Endpoint Protection signature file, error 3371 occurs.
The protection determines there is a lack of sufficient space to update and apply the changes to some of the signature files. As a result, it returns the error code 3371.
Free up space on your hard disk in order to complete the update. Once you have done this, you can launch the update in any of the following ways:

If the issue is not solved, it is then necessary to collect a series of data from the computer. Please, read How to report problems from the Endpoint Protection console and follow the instructions indicated.
