I have activated the Panda GateDefender unit, but have problems updating it. How can I resolve this?

Situation

GateDefender Performa does not correctly update once activated.

The activation is incorrect, even though the message displayed indicates the opposite.

Causes

The activation failure is due to entering the User name and Password in lowercase (ignoring uppercase letters).


Solution

Enter the User name and Password as provided by Panda Security (respecting uppercase and lowercase).
