Error 0006:1006 when trying to activate a Panda 2013 antivirus product purchased as a renewal box.

Cause

This error is displayed when activating a product purchased as a renewal box without specifying the client number.

Solution

During the activation wizard, you must specify that you are already a Panda customer by entering your client number. Although the wizard screen indicates that the client number is optional, in the case of renewal boxes, it is mandatory to enter it.

Finally, carry on completing the activation wizard through.
