The license of my Panda 2013 is active but the program informs me that it has expired and I cannot perform updates

When you renew the services of the Panda 2013 products, a message may appear warning you that the license has expired, even though you have correctly completed the renewal process.
Why does the message appear?
This message appears because after renewing the services, the program must contact the Panda server at least once, in order to update the license information.
You can solve the problem by running an update from the 2013 Panda product. Follow the steps below:
Open your Panda 2013 product by double-clicking on the bear icon on the bottom of the screen.
On the top right-hand side you can see the state of your license. Click the expiry date in order to configure it.
Click Refresh data to update your license status.
Finally, check the License data section to make sure that the license expiry date has updated correctly.
Once the process is complete, the license expired warning will no longer be displayed and the product will update successfully.
