Error 1290 occurs installing Panda Cloud Office Protection.

The problem could be due to one of the following causes:

  • The computer is in the black list.
  • There are no available licenses.
  • The license has expired.

Solution

To solve the problem, follow the instructions below.

  • Remove the computer from the black list. This option is available in Preferences.
  • Increase the number of licenses.
  • Renew your license.
