Symptoms
I have a Panda 2012, 2011, 2010 or 2009* product installed and with active services and I would like to switch to the new Panda 2013 product.
*NOTE: This information applies only to commercial versions of Panda's products (boxed or online version).
Solution
To upgrade your Panda antivirus to Panda 2013 completely free, simply install the latest Panda 2013 version without uninstalling your current product. The remaining time on your license period will be carried over and what's more, you will enjoy the benefits of a higher-end product.
Follow the steps below.
Step 1: Download Panda 2013
Click the Download button by the Panda 2013 version that matches your product and save the executable file to your hard disk, for instance, to your Desktop.

Step 2: Run the downloaded file
Double-click the file you have downloaded for the installation to begin. Once the process is complete, restart your computer.
IMPORTANT!
Should this process not finish correctly, a pop-up message will be displayed requesting you to activate your product again. To do this, refer to the Support article How can I activate my Panda 2013 product?
