Panda Business Partner Program has five categories, adapting to the real needs of the size and profile of the Partner.

Partner type  Description
Distributor

Partners who provide sales & marketing support to a huge group of Panda Resellers. They can have local, regional or worldwide coverage.

Value Added Distributor

Partner responsible for the recruitment, support and business development of Preferred Resellers. They also provide training as well as pre-sales, sales & marketing support to Preferred Resellers. They act as a Business Development Partner in joint actions with Panda's Local & HQ Teams.

Reseller

Partners with a focus on the retail, SOHO and small business markets. They are not specifically focused on the security market and do not have a business plan with Panda. They buy the product and receive support from a Distributor.

Preferred Reseller

Partners with a focus on Medium/Large Accounts and whose business centers to some degree on the security market. They must complete a Business Plan with a VAD or with Panda Security's office in their country, and have a business commitment with Panda Security.

Value Added Partner

Partners with a focus on Medium and Large Accounts and with a strong commitment with Panda to develop a specific market or accounts, consolidated through a business plan. They receive full sales, marketing and technical support from Panda. They may be companies with global, regional or local activity, and are focused on vertical or geographic markets.
