I have bought my antivirus, now what?

1Installation

In order to install your new product, just download and run the file of your product.
 

1. Click your product file.
 

 

2. Once downloaded, run the file by double-clicking on it.

NOTE

If you want to begin the installtion from scratch, uninstall any other Panda product with UNINSTALLER.EXE.

2Activation

Once you have installed your product, it is important that you activate it, for example to enjoy the daily updates.
 

How to activate


1. Right-click on the bear icon next to the Windows clock.

2. Select Activate my paid version now:

3. Enter your Activation code

Check the table below to resolve possible error messages during the activation of Panda 2013 products:

3Registration

Now, we advise you to register the product to obtain Technical Support.
NOTE: The registration is automatic in the case of renewals or online purchases.

1. Double-click on the bear icon next to the Windows clock.

The Activation code is a series of characters and numbers separated by a hyphen. You need it to activate your Panda product.

  • ON THE CDROM
    If you bought a CD, the activation code is printed on the CD envelope.
  • WELCOME EMAIL
    If you bought the product online, you will find the Activation code on the welcome email sent by Panda Security.
  • IN THE PROGRAM
    If you activated your product, the Activation code is in section Valid until:
