Panda Security and Spamina sign strategic agreement to offer global email security solutions

Panda Security, the Cloud Security Company, and Spamina, the Email Security Company, part of the Inspirit Group, a developer of innovative solutions for complete email protection, have signed a strategic collaboration agreement to jointly launch global security solutions for email.

This alliance will leverage each company’s know-how to provide combined solutions guaranteeing complete email protection, maximum performance and offering considerable added value to companies.
The new solutions will be on the market from the last quarter of 2009 and will be sold as security appliances and services from the cloud.

This strategic alliance with Panda Security is a decisive step for Spamina in terms of market penetration and reinforcing its prestige and reputation with users.  “The fact a company with Panda Security’s experience relies on our solutions is the best proof that our email protection offers maximum guarantees regarding security, efficiency, performance and resource optimization (technical and human)”  claims Ramon Planas, VP Sales and Marketing at Spamina. “We estimate this deal will help to increase our presence in the market by at least 60% next year, taking into account that this alliance with Panda represents a significant increase of our presence in the International market ”.
