Panda Security, one of the major players in the IT security market, and Sage, a leading supplier of business management software and services for SMBs, have signed an agreement that will see Sage launching the Panda Managed Office Protection security solution under its own brand name: Sage Security Center. At present, this agreement only affects Spain.
This service will allow small and mid-size businesses to focus on their core activities. Its straight-forward web administration console lets users install and manage IT protection easily from any computer with an Internet connection, allowing for complete outsourcing of security management.
Installing and maintaining security software requires a lot of time and effort for SMBs. Companies need to invest in servers, licenses and security specialists, which translates into significant costs. This new solution offered by Sage and powered by Panda Security is especially designed to protect organizations that cannot afford to dedicate time and resources to these tasks.
Aware of the vital role of computer security in companies, Sage has signed this agreement with Panda Security to include this security service in its solution portfolio for SMBs. Sage also aims to complement its management services with new security services and protect its clients’ most sensitive data.
