Just a quick post to wish all of you celebrating Easter to have a very Happy Easter break!

However, as the holidays approach, we wanted to remind you that you have to be particularly aware about security these days, as hackers, spammers and scammers usually take advantage of special days such as these to send their threats.

All in all, beware of:

  • Emails which have some sort of Easter greeting in the subject line. Scam messages will usually have a link or an attachment but viruses, trojans and other malware await instead.
  • Bogus Easter card messages with subjects similar to: “Your friend has sent you an Easter card.”
    These could be spam emails.

Finally, remember that the best security barrier for your computer is to keep your antivirus fully updated. If you don´t have any protection installed on your PC yet, why not try Panda Security´s free antivirus products?

Well, enjoy the break!!
