How to report an error in Panda products for Android

Panda Dome for Android™

If you get error messages on yourn product for Android, please report them to our support team by following these steps:

Open Panda Dome/Aether for Android

  1. Go to Support.
  2. Push Report issue,
  3. Activate diagnostic mode by clicking Enable.
  4. Click in Reproduce the issue
  5. Reproduce the problem so that error data can be collected
  6. Back to Support and click Finish.
  7. Enter a case number if you have one, as well as a brief description (this field is required) and click Submit. The case send to your local support office.
