Hotfix that solves errors in the firewall protection

Symptoms

• The interface of the product shows a Firewall protection error.
• The interface asks to restart the machine in order to solve the problem.
• When the machine restarts the problem persits.

Solution

1. Download  hotfix hfgp20807s13_r1.exe (666 KB) by clicking the following icon:
   
   
   
2. Save the file to your hard disk; to the Windows Desktop, for example.
3. Run the downloaded file. You can do this by double-clicking the hfgp20807s13_r1.exe  file to apply the hotfix.
4. Check that the incident has been resolved.
