How can I download my product?

Follow the steps below to download the product:

1. Go directly to the exclusive Downloads area for clients.
2. Enter the user name and password provided by Panda and click Enter.
   Important: If your product belongs to the 2009 range, you need to register your product first, to obtain your user credentials and enjoy the services, accessible from the personal downloads area.
3. In the DOWNLOADS AVAILABLE FOR Product name box, expand the Software folder.
4. Click the name of the file that corresponds to your product.
5. Save the file to your hard disk, e.g. to your Desktop. 
6. Once the download is complete, go to the Desktop and double click it to begin the installation.

If you want specific information about how to download your product, go to our online Query by product page. Select your product and choose the Use the downloads area of the website option in the first drop-down menu. Then, select To download software related to the product in the second menu. Click Search to display an FAQ with specific information about your product.
