The exclusive Downloads area for clients is a section on Panda’s website which includes the latest complete version of your antivirus product and the corresponding documentation.
What can I download?
You can download:
- The latest, complete version of the program
In the Software folder -> Master you will find the latest, available version of the program. This version is displayed as X.XX.XX, where X are numbers from 0 to 9.
This file allows you to:
Install the program for the first time.
Reinstall the program if you have formatted the computer or uninstalled the previous version.
Update the program installed on your computer.
NOTE: We recommend you configure automatic updates on your computer. For further information about the program settings, please check the User Guide or Panda’s Online Support area.
Product documentation
The Documentation folder contains product information, so you can quickly learn how to use the product and start it up.
How can I access the exclusive client downloads area of the website?
On Panda’s website, go to the Downloads tab -> Downloads for clients -> Download, or click the following link shortcut to the exclusive downloads area for clients.
Enter the user name and password provided to you by Panda when you registered the solution, and click Enter.
Did you forget your details? Go to the password reminder.

Products purchased
This section shows the products you have purchased.- Service info
This section shows the following information for each product: - Number of licenses
- The product services will expire in XXXXX days
- Activation period for services: DD/MM/YY - DD/MM/YY
- Services contracted
- Downloads available for…
This section includes Software and Documentation available for the product. - Logout button
This button is at the bottom of the page and allows you to exit this area.
The next time you access the Downloads area you will have to enter your user details. However, if you enable the Remember my user details on this computer checkbox, the user details you last used to log onto the Downloads area will be saved.
