How can I get my client details: activation code, user name and password?

If you have forgotten or lost your registered client details, follow these steps in order to receive them again:

1. Access the Password reminder site.
2. Select the same language and country that you chose when you registered.
3. Enter the e-mail address that you used to activate and click Next.
   
   Only if there are several users with the same e-mail address will you be asked to enter your client number.
4. Once you have sent your request, you will soon receive your Activation Code, Client Number, User Name and Password at this e-mail address.
   
   

   Important: New activation system 2010 y 2009! You will need your Activation Code, Client Number, and the address at which you will receive the password reminder message to activate the product licenses.
