Pri.Q is a macro virus that spreads through an e-mail message with the subject Pictures, followed in most cases by the name of the sender.
Pri.Q is considered dangerous, as it is capable of deleting all the files on affected computers’ hard disk. In addition, Pri.Q puts users’ privacy at risk. In fact, it picks Word documents at random from the affected computer, and sends them out by e-mail to other users, indiscriminately.
Besides, it has other effects, such as adding pentagonal shapes to current Word documents.
A clear indication that Pri.Q has reached your computer is a message with the subject Pictures and the following text: This document is very Important and you´ve GOT to read this !!!.
After going into action, Pri.Q displays the following message on the screen:
