Brief Description 

    

Wsu.A is a Hacking Tool. Though these programs are legitimate and useful tools when they are appropiately used, a hacker could take advantage of them in order to carry out malicious actions.

To be more precise, Wsu.A allows to perform the following actions in Windows 2003/XP/2000/NT computers:

  • Run programs with the same rights as an specific user account; for example, the Administrator account.
  • Copy programs to the affected computer and run them.
  • Overwrite existing programs on the computer and run them.

Wsu.A is not a risk by itself, but the programs run could be of any type, including worms and Trojans.
