Brief Description 

    

MSNPassRipper is a Trojan that stores the data of the user of the affected computer for accessing the MSN Messenger instant messaging service in a file. The data it obtains are the user name and password.

This information can then be used by a hacker in order to access the account of the affected user.

MSNPassRipper mainly spreads via e-mail, but it can also reach computers through the normal means used by viruses: floppy disks, CD-ROMs, Internet downloadsFTP, etc.
