Brief Description 

    
Trojan/NoDesk is a Trojan that is distributed in the form of an application that allows users to update the Windows desktop, tricking them into believing that this will help them to become year 2000 compliant (INFO2000.EXE).

When the file is run, it displays a dialog box. Once this action has been carried out, the file that contains the Trojan is decompressed. Then, it makes certain changes to the Windows Registry so as to prevent users from accessing the desktop the next time the system is started up. Then, is displays a dialog box.

When the Trojan is run, it displays the dialog box shown below. When this dialog box is displayed, the file that contains the Trojan decompresses itself.
