Ocard is a polymorphic macro virus that infects Word documents and templates. This virus modifies the current document and disables some Word options.
Ocard does not use any specific means of transmission. It can use any of the usual means used by viruses: CD-ROMs, e-mail messages with infected attachments, Internet downloads, FTP, floppy disks, etc.
An indication that Ocard has infected a computer is the following text displayed in some of the Word documents recently used by the user:
- “Is it not a Camel?”
