Qbot.W is a worm that is designed to steal all type of confidential information, like usernames and passwords entered to login in the websites, and in the extranets and intranets which the computers can access.
Additionally, it can obtain the information stored in the cookies about the users' navigation habits and can obtain digital certificates.
Qbot.W spreads using the NBSCAN command which allows to scan a computer network belonging to a range of IP addresses and attempts to make copies of the worm in those computers.
Qbot.W is difficult to recognize, as it does not display any messages or warnings that indicate it has reached the computer.>
