Telefonica.H is a boot virus that does not have any destructive effects, which infects the boot sector of hard disks (Master Boot Record or MBR) and floppy disks (Boot).
When Telefónica.H carries out infection to the hard disk, it makes a copy of this original boot sector to other section of the hard disk and the floppy disks.
Once the computer is infected, Telefonica.H infects all floppy disks used in the computer, provided that they are not write-protected.
The only indication that Telefónica.H has infected a computer is that it has problems starting.
