Brief Description 

    

Addon.A is a worm that takes advantage of a vulnerability in the system file: NTOSKRNL.EXE, which allows to gain unauthorized privileges on a computer or network.

This way, an unprivileged user could manage to be added to the Administrator's group and take complete control of the system. This means that several malicious actions could be carried out, such as create, modify or delete files, install programs, create new user accounts, etc.

Addon.A spreads in a file with a ZIP extension.
