Seliuq.B is a macro virus that reaches computers in an infected Word 97 document, with a DOC extension. From there, it infects Word’s global template (NORMAL.DOT file), spreading to all the Word files generated with it.
Seliuq.B changes the user name in the files it infects and sometimes deletes the files whose path is defined in the SYSTEM.DOS file.
Seliuq.B is very difficult to recognize, as it does not display any messages or warnings that indicate that it has infected a computer.
