Panda Platinum 2006 Internet Security named “Best Buy” by De Digitale Consument magazine

The Panda consumer product Panda Platinum 2006 Internet Security has taken first place in a comparative review carried out by the Dutch national consumer organization magazine, De Digitale Consument, ahead of nine other solutions. The technical analysis in the survey focused on the antivirus and anti-spyware potential of the products, as well as the firewall performance. The test used samples of some 3500 threats, including viruses, the worms and Trojans and 27 examples of particularly persistent spyware on computers with Windows XP SP installed.
