Information applies to: Products Panda Cloud Email ProtectionSituation You can protect your domains with our service but still omit the accounts you want from the antivirus or anti-spam filters.SolutionTo do this, you must be the company or domain administrator. In your Control Panel go to the Filter tab, and select the Services per user menu.Select the domain to which you want to apply the changes, and you will see a list of domain users.Select the users you want to omit from the filters.Note: Even though you have disabled the anti-spam and/or antivirus filters for an account, basic anti-spam filters will still be applied as they operate in the connection between our service and the sender’s mail server.
