An upcoming network addressing change for the Cloudmark Service hosts belonging to Cloudmark, Inc is scheduled for Monday, June 16, 2014 at 23:00 CEST.
For clients who rely on normal DNS for host name resolution and who have no specific firewall rules in place to restrict connectivity to the Cloudmark Service hosts, no changes should be required. After the DNS records are updated, client connections to the Cloudmark Service will seamlessly cutover.
However, those customers who have hardcoded IP addresses for the current Cloudmark Service hosts in the router and/or firewall ACLs, then changes will be required to allow connectivity to the new IPs. Both the old and new IP's must be allowed to ensure continued connectivity before and after the cutover.
126.96.36.199 and 188.8.131.52
There is no change in the network ports as TCP port 80 is still used.
The current network addresses will be available for a number of days after the address change.
