Error 0006:1004 when trying to activate my Panda 2014 product

After installing a renewal box of Panda 2014, whenever you open the antivirus you are requested to activate the product.
Once you enter the Activation Code and click Next, the following window is displayed:
After entering your client number and selecting your country, error code 0006:1004 is returned.
Cause of the error
This error is returned when the wrong customer number is typed during the activation process.
- Open your antivirus.
- When the activation wizard is displayed, enter your activation code and click Next.
- In the next window, type in your customer number but make sure that it is correct, otherwise, the error will appear again.
- Select your country from the drop-down list.
- Click Next and continue the rest of the process.
After completing these steps, the activation process will finish successfully.
