Symptom
Error 0006:1006 when trying to activate your Panda Antivirus Pro 2012 purchased as a renewal box.
Cause
This error is displayed when activating a product purchased as a renewal box without specifying the customer number.
Solution
During the activation wizard, you must specify that you are already a Panda customer by clicking the option Yes when asked.
Then, just fill in the requested data until the wizard is completed.
