Problems accessing Internet caused by the Web content filter

Symptoms

Problems have been detected accessing Internet caused by the Web content filter. The problems affect additional users assigned by the supervisor.

When additional users try to validate themselves in the Web content filter, entering their username and password, the following error is returned:
 

It is then not possible to access the Internet.

Solution

Panda Security has developed hotfix hfp140807s2_r2.exe to resolve this incident.

Steps for applying the hotfix

1. Download file hfp140807s2_r2.exe (503 KB), by clicking on the following icon:
   
   
   
2. Save the file to your hard disk; to the Windows Desktop, for example.
3. Run the downloaded file. You can do this by double-clicking on the hfp140807s2_r2.exe file in order to apply the hotfix.
4. Restart the computer when prompted.
