New Features in Panda Cloud Office Protection ADVANCED with protection for EXCHANGE servers
Among others, these are some of the new features of this Beta version:
- Simple, centralized management through a hosted web console
Administrators can manage the complete protection for all endpoints and Exchange servers, even those in distributed offices or mobile machines from any web browser.
- Flexible, rapid and single installation
The protection is deployed in one single deploy and can be done in several ways in just a matter of minutes. Remotely: by sending emails with a download URL, transparently (without user intervention) via the free distribution tool. There is also an MSI installer for protection distribution via login script, Active Directory, Tivoli, SMS o LAN Desk.
- Optimized resources usage
One consolidated solution and service on machines ensures optimal resource usage. As attachements are scanned in memory it offers maxium performance both for individual installations and in Exchange Server clusters.
- Automatic P2P updates: Maximun protection minium consumption
The protection updates or upgrades from the nearest computer on the network through P2P connections, minimizing bandwidth consumption.
- No more overloaded mails servers and saturated mailboxes
Free up your Exchange servers from the crushing overload of junk and malious mail and ensure that users mailboxes are not saturated by spam and mail that threatens their machines security and productivity. Seamlessly integrates with Exchange Serves (and antispam insfrastructure) both in individual installations and in Exchange Cluster environments

The solutions platform is Powered by Microsoft Azure and maintained by Panda Security guaraneeting information security is under explict control and the datacenters are ISO 27001 certified.
- Centralized device control
Block all or specific devices (removable storage drives, image capture devices, DVD/CD drives, USB modems, Bluetooth etc.) enabling you to prevent malware entry and data leakage while increasing productivity. You can also deny or allow certain actions (read / write) for specific devices.
- Remote control tool integration
Identify security problems and connect remotely to affected endpoints to resolve security issues directly from the web console.
Do not get burnt by false positives again. Malware Freezer freezes detected malware for 7 days just in case there is a false positive in which case the file is automatically restored to the system

Product installation and set up
Installation can be done in two different ways:
- Manual installation in each workstation and server with the installation package, that can be distributed by the administrator or downloaded directly from a Panda Security URL.
- Distributed installation in hosts within distribution tool.

List of known bugs
After performing our own Quality tests, we already detected the following bugs in which we are already working to solve them:
- Do not actívate the Firewall at the Server, some memory loss may occur. At the configuration by default, this module is deactivated.
- In Windows 2033 Server 64 bit, when the protection is installed (even with unattended installations via Communication Agent), a confirmation to install a firewall driver will be requested; and it will be necessary to accept that installation.
