What happens when Panda Cloud Systems Management licenses expire?

The same day that all licenses expire, access to the Panda Cloud Systems Management console will not be granted. That is, there is no grace period in Panda Cloud Systems Management.

Once all licenses have expired, the product will behave as follows:

Note: We will call X the day that licenses expire.

  • 90 days after the licenses have expired (day X to X+90). During this period:
    • You won't be able to access the console.
    • The devices monitoring is finished.
    • Reports are not sent automatically.
    • If you renew your licenses during this period, no other actions will be necessary. The devices will keep on working again.
  • 91 days after the expiration date (day X+91 to ∞). During this period:
    • You won't be able to access the console.
    • The devices monitoring will be finished.
    • Reports won't be sent automatically.
    • You will need to reinstall the agent in all the devices.
    • All profiles, groups and settings will have disappeared from the console, so you will need to configure them again.
