Panda Software's campaign in solidarity with the NGO “Acción contra el hambre” (ACH) has been a great success, with the leading antivirus company making a significant donation towards projects organized by the NGO in various countries.
Through this campaign, launched in December, Panda Software has donated to ACH five percent of online sales between December 18 2003 y and January 7 2004.
This support of Acción contra el Hambre is one of many causes that Panda Software actively contributes to with the aim of improving the conditions in which people around the world live
Acción contra el Hambre is a part of an international NGO founded in 1979 by a group of doctors, journalists and scientists. It is a non-profit making, non-religious organization whose principal goal is to save lives by combating hunger. It was established internationally 25 years ago and now works from its bases in Madrid, London, Paris and New York in more than 40 countries with 500 employees and 5,000 local workers to implement projects that benefit more than 5 million people.
